🛍️ Ordering
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are submitted. All orders are sent to our suppliers for immediate processing. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: You can enter your discount code at checkout in the designated box before submitting your payment.
📦 Shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after processing. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on the item and location.
Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?
A: We work with multiple suppliers, so you may receive your items in separate packages. Don’t worry — the rest of your order is on the way!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer $5.95 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders under $75, and FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: We only accept returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you experience an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Q: What items are non-returnable?
A: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or the following categories:

Q: How do I request a return?

Q: I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
A: If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven't received your order, we recommend contacting your local post office first. If you're still having issues, email us and we’ll assist further.
